This page decodes the 17-character VIN of a Voyah. Enter the number and the decoder reads the manufacturer, the model year and the country of manufacture straight from the characters. Our data for the brand covers three models, Dreamer, Free and Passion, in SUV and Sedan body styles, with model years from 2021 to 2023.
The decoder reads only the VIN itself, so it shows nothing about a car's past, such as accidents, mileage, theft or previous owners. That information comes from a paid vehicle history report. The decoder is free and needs no registration.
Every VIN has 17 characters, and the letters I, O and Q are never used. The first three characters are the WMI, which identifies the manufacturer. At the moment we have no WMI codes on file for Voyah, so we cannot list any here. A VIN that starts with other characters is not a problem, it simply means our list is not complete. For the same reason, the manufacturer and country results for a Voyah may be limited.
Characters 4 to 8 are the descriptor section, and character 9 is the check digit. North American VINs require it, while many European VINs fill it differently. Character 10 gives the model year. For the years in our Voyah data, M stands for 2021, N for 2022 and P for 2023. Character 11 marks the plant, and characters 12 to 17 are the serial number.
Every VIN has six parts. This is what each of them means.
| Part | Characters | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| WMI | 1 to 3 | World manufacturer identifier: who built the vehicle and where |
| VDS | 4 to 8 | Vehicle descriptor: model, body type and engine, as set by the manufacturer |
| Check digit | 9 | Control value that helps confirm the VIN is valid |
| Model year | 10 | Code for the model year |
| Plant | 11 | Code for the assembly plant |
| Serial | 12 to 17 | Production sequence number of this vehicle |
On the driver's side, visible through the windshield.
On a sticker on the door frame or the edge of the door.
Printed in the vehicle registration or title.
Stamped on the firewall or the frame on many models.
A VIN is built from six parts, and each one says something about the vehicle. Our guides explain how to read it and what it can and cannot tell you.
Enter the 17-character VIN and see the factory basics in seconds.
Look at the vehicle registration documents first, then check the base of the windscreen on the driver's side and the stickers on the door pillar. Compare the number in all places and make sure they match.
The first three characters are the WMI, which identifies the manufacturer. We have no WMI codes mapped to Voyah at present, so we cannot name any here. That does not make a VIN with other starting characters wrong.
Check the tenth character. Within our Voyah data, M means 2021, N means 2022 and P means 2023. Our version data covers 2021 to 2023.
It cannot show accidents, mileage, theft records or the number of owners, because none of that is stored in a VIN. It also does not give trim details or equipment beyond what the VIN characters allow.
Make sure the VIN on the car matches the one in the documents, and that the model year from the tenth character fits the seller's description. Ask for service records, inspect the car in person and have it looked at by a mechanic you trust.
